The Lodge
The Lodge is the community's hub. It houses the 24/7 fitness center, a kids' room, the pavilion and amphitheater, the On-Site Director's office and rental space for private gatherings. All amenities are for Sanctuary owners only.

The Sanctuary's amenities are reserved for owners and planned for every age, from a toddler at the splash pad to a weekend tennis league.

Trails
More than 22 miles of private trails run beneath a thick tree canopy, ideal for hiking, biking and spotting wildlife. Residents can also reserve a lakeview campsite on a first-come, first-served basis.

Pools
Overlooking Lake Wylie, the pool complex includes a Junior Olympic pool, a kids' splash pad and an adults-only pool.

Tennis & Pickleball
Five well-kept tennis courts offer lake views for players of every level. Next to the Lodge you'll also find a full basketball court and two pickleball courts.

Lake Living
Every resident has access to Lake Wylie for boating, canoeing and kayaking, with canoes and kayaks available at the boating center. Dock slips can be leased as well.

Fitness Center
Open around the clock, the fitness center is equipped with treadmills, ellipticals, free weights, strength machines and more.

Residents can rent the pavilion, Lodge and pool area for private events for a small fee. Contact the Lodge office for availability.
